Solum is a premium athletic apparel brand offering custom print-on-demand clothing including hoodies, t-shirts, sweatpants, and shorts. All products are made to order specifically for each customer. Due to the custom nature of our products, slight variations in color and appearance may occur between the product images on our website and the final delivered item. These variations do not constitute a defect.
3. Ordering
By placing an order on wearsolum.com you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have provided accurate and complete billing and shipping information
- You are authorized to use the payment method provided
- All information you submit is true and accurate
Solum reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or abusive.

All prices displayed on wearsolum.com are in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Solum reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Solum accepts all major payment methods available through our Shopify checkout including credit cards, debit cards, and other accepted payment providers. All payments are processed securely. Solum does not store your payment information.
6. Production & Fulfillment
All Solum products are custom made to order and fulfilled through our trusted print-on-demand production partner. Production typically takes 3-7 business days before shipping begins. By placing an order you acknowledge and accept these production timelines.
7. Shipping
Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. For full details please refer to our Shipping Policy at wearsolum.com. Solum is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
8. Returns & Refunds
All Solum products are custom made to order and are generally non-returnable. Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy available at wearsolum.com. We stand behind the quality of our products and will resolve any issues related to defects or production errors.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled while they remain in the "In Review" status. Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible. If you need to cancel an order please contact us immediately at info@wearsolum.com.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on wearsolum.com including but not limited to logos, designs, graphics, text, images, and product designs are the exclusive property of Solum and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without prior written permission from Solum.
