SOLUM SHIPPING POLICY

Do we ship worldwide? Yes, Solum ships internationally to most countries and regions. Please note that some countries have restricted international shipping. Product pages will indicate available delivery areas for each item.

How long does shipping take? All Solum orders are fulfilled through our print-on-demand production partner. Please allow production time before shipping begins. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Express Shipping: Average 5 days, 95% of orders delivered within 7 days
  • Standard Shipping: Average 25 days, 95% of orders delivered within 30 days
  • Economy Shipping: Average 10 days, 95% of orders delivered within 15 days

These are estimates only and do not include production time. Delays may occur due to local holidays, flight cancellations, or other events outside our control. All orders include a tracking number so you can monitor your package every step of the way.

How are shipping costs calculated? Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and the total weight of your order. You will see all available shipping options and their costs at checkout before completing your purchase.

What if I entered the wrong address or phone number? Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. If you made an error, contact us immediately at info@wearsolum.com before your order ships and we will do our best to correct it.

If incorrect information was provided at checkout, Solum cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries or the cost of reshipping. Any additional shipping charges resulting from address errors will be the customer's responsibility.

What if my package hasn't arrived after 20 days? The most common reasons for non-delivery are:

  • Missed calls from the courier
  • Incorrect contact number provided at checkout
  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

If your package has not arrived, please contact us at info@wearsolum.com with your correct contact details and available times for redelivery. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

What if my package is lost or damaged? If your order arrives damaged, please send clear photos to info@wearsolum.com within 7 days of receiving your package and we will arrange a resolution.

If your package is lost in transit, we will arrange reshipping as soon as possible at no additional cost to you.

What if my package is being returned to sender? Orders are typically returned to sender due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details
  • Package unclaimed at customs
  • Package refused or returned by recipient

Once the package is returned, we will notify you and work with you to determine the best course of action. Please note that new shipping charges will apply to any orders that need to be reshipped due to address errors or unclaimed packages at customs.

What if tracking shows delivered but I haven't received my package? If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please first check with neighbors and any safe spots around your address where the courier may have left it. Then contact the carrier directly for additional delivery details.
